ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Greece Police Department is working to identify additional victims after a former Michaels employee was arrested and charged with identity theft in Greece. According to police, the investigation began after receiving a report from store representatives at Michael's inside Greece Ridge Mall suspecting former employee Michelle Fiorino, age 44, of stealing credit cards left behind by customers in 2024. Through the investigation, Greece Police said officers learned that Fiorino used these credit cards to purchase around $8,000 in merchandise and gift cards. Fiorino was charged with Identity Theft (1st and 2nd) and Grand Larceny (3rd and 4th). The investigation is ongoing.
