ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Mercantile on Main, the popular food court in the Sibley building in Rochester, will soon have two restaurants: Red Zone Pizza and Rooteins. These replace the former Palermo's and Me Gusta Caribbean cuisine. Red Zone Pizza bills itself on big slices with bold flavor, and Rooteins is a fast but healthy option with build-your-own salads. Both hope to be open by the end of February.
