ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — In a thrilling, high-scoring affair against rival Schroeder, Webster Thomas defenseman Valentino Magliozzi netted the game-winning goal in overtime to give his team a 6-5 victory. It was his second game-winning goal in as many weeks, as Thomas took down defending Class B sectional champ Batavia Notre Dame United 4-2. Magliozzi netted the winner with less than three minutes to play in the game. His heroics top this week's Section V Best. Lydia Childs from Brockport, Gananda's Peyton Conner, Fairport's Brayden Masclee, and AJ Orr from Aquinas join Magliozzi on this week's list.
