NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI) — A New Bedford woman won a $1 million prize after playing the Massachusetts State Lottery's “$1,000,000 Ultimate 7” instant ticket game. Julia Da Rosa claimed the cash option for the prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes.
