HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Pearl City High School will be closed to students and faculty Tuesday, Jan. 14, due to a power outage impacting campus operations. Nurses’ strike is on at Wilcox Medical Center The school is notifying staff and students' families. At this time all other HIDOE schools remain open as scheduled. The outage is said to be from a car crash that happened around 6:30 a.m. About 910 customers are without power in the Waiau area since the morning.
