RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies have announced a follow up to the multiple arrests at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. Sheriff Leon Lott says that 36-year-old inmate Daniel Elliot has been charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. The sheriff also says after further investigation Elliot was the only aggressor while attacking another inmate when two other inmates came to help him. The two men that were originally arrested Kandre Soeaks and Deon McDaniel will not be charged. Categories: Local News, Richland Tags: Alvin S.
