The U.S. Postal Service is offering a $100,000 reward for anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of a person who impersonated a letter carrier and stole mail in the Loop. In December the man stole mail from an office building in the Loop. The same person, again dressed as a mail carrier, also tried to steal mail from another office building in the Loop this month, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service said Tuesday. A man sought in the theft of mail from two office buildings in the Loop in December and January. U.S. Postal Inspection Service The service did not identify which Loop buildings were targeted.
