Oil ends lower after a 3day rally lifted prices to their highest since August

Oil futures settled with a loss on Tuesday, giving back some ground after a three-day rally driven in part by a new round of U.S. sanctions on Russia’s oil industry lifted crude prices to to their highest levels since August.
