Winter Winds Return
Jan 14, 2025
Hopefully you enjoyed temperatures in the 40s yesterday afternoon! Today, we have no such thing. While temperatures this morning are in the upper 20s (which is, technically, above average this time of year), they won’t go very far this afternoon. We’ll be in the low 30s today (below average), and with wind speeds between 10-15 mph and gusts up to 30, it’ll feel like we’re in the low 20s this afternoon. We’ll see plenty of sun, but clouds will creep in here and there. Don’t be surprised if you catch a flurry as well, especially if you’re in Bristol County, MA.
The cold hangs on for a bit, as temperatures fall to the teens tonight, and only get into the upper 20s and low 30s again tomorrow and Thursday. Wednesday will be sunny, while clouds increase on Thursday.
Friday, we break the cold trend with high temperatures in the upper 30s. Saturday will wind up in the mid 40s, which sounds nice at first, but the warmer air comes out ahead of our next storm.
That storm will bring us rain Saturday night into Sunday morning. While it won’t be a record-setter, it could disrupt your Saturday evening plans! We’ll keep you posted throughout the week.
