Because of the L.A. wildfires, The Weeknd has canceled his January 25th Rose Bowl concert, and postponed the release of his new album. He says his focus right now is the recovery of the city and its people.
He was scheduled to play the Rose Bowl on January 25th, but that’s now canceled.
His new album “Hurry Up Tomorrow” was originally set to release on January 24th, but it is now put off until January 31st.
He says, quote, “This city has always been a profound source of inspiration for me, and my thoughts are with everyone impacted during this difficult time . . .
“My focus remains on supporting the recovery of these communities and aiding its incredible people as they rebuild.”
