OHP issues Kasey Alert for missing Pittsburg Co. man

PITTBURG COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Kasey Alert for a missing Pittsburg County man. Jeffrey Nelms. Image courtesy OHP. According to OHP, 51-year-old Jeffrey Scott Nelms is 6'0" and 185 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes. Officials say he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark Carhart and black cap. If seen, call 911.
