NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department said a man who barricaded himself in a St. Claude neighborhood home has surrendered. According to officers, around 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, they began investigating a "barricaded subject" in the 1800 block of Desire Street.
