According to ESPN's Rob Demovsky, the first bit of major news for Green Bay's offseason plans came out on Tuesday when Matt LaFleur announced the retirement of long-time Packers quarterbacks coach Tom Clements.
It's been a cool ride with him for the last three years. ... I know he's meant a lot to this organization, I can't say enough great things about him.

Clements worked as the Packers QBs coach from 2006 through 2011, as the team's offensive coordinator from 2012 to 2014, and as the assistant head coach from 2015 to 2016.
During his initial time in Green Bay, he worked with Packers legend Brett Favre and helped to develop future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers.

According to Demovsky, Clements is "the only guy who’s worked with Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, and Jordan Love."
