NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) – A new apartment complex is now open in New Haven. The Gateway Apartments -- dubbed a "luxury" option for residents -- are located on the corner of Landin and Parent roads on the edge of town. The apartments are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and walking trails that lead downtown. Ground broke on this project in January 2024. Plans indicated the complex has 60 two-bedroom units, a pool, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse. According to the Gateway Apartments website, units are still available.
