Woman dead, man in critical condition after Baton Rouge shooting, police say

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- One woman was killed and a man was injured in a Monday night shooting in Baton Rouge.
Tyesha Branaugh, 30, died from her injuries and a man is in critical condition after a shooting around 11:18 p.m. in the 1600 block of North 15th Street.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said a motive and suspect in this shooting is unknown as of Tuesday morning.
An investigation is ongoing.
