A fast-moving front will move to our west today, bringing light snow. Temperatures will stay frigid. Light snow develops by mid-morning with periods of snow and temperatures in the upper teens by noon. Light snow will continue through the early afternoon and then scattered snow showers and flurries through the late afternoon with cold temperatures in the upper teens. Wind chills will be in the single digits through late this afternoon. Most areas will see a half of an inch or less It will be cloudy early this evening with skies clearing during the late evening with low temperatures falling to the single digits again with wind chills -5° to -10° Snow showers will become more scattered this afternoon The frigid air sticks around Wednesday with a high in the upper teens even with sunshine. Warmer air returns with some scattered light snow Thursday and temperatures around freezing. It gets even warmer Friday with high temperatures in the upper 30s under partly cloudy skies. Rain and snow showers are possible Friday night and Saturday with some lingering light snow early Sunday. Arctic air returns next week with temperatures around 10 on Monday and not much warmer on Tuesday. It will only be slightly warmer by the end of next week.
