ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 19-year-old man faces a first-degree rape charge after he sexually assaulted a woman in the Town of Victor, deputies announced Monday. According to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, Walker A. Esklidsen raped the woman on Jan. 8 in Victor. He was arraigned and taken to jail in lieu of bail. Mug shot of Walker A.
