ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A home on Sawyer Street in Rochester was shot into Monday night, according to police. Inside at the time was a 40-year-old woman and two boys ages 8 and 5. According to the Rochester Police Department, officers were patrolling around Bartlett Street just before 8 p.m. when they heard gunshots. A shot spotter activation went off moments later. Officers stated that the home on Sawyer Street was found with one bullet hole to its back side as police went to investigate.
