(KRON) -- The Santa Rosa Police Department is searching for a man who followed a group of girls as they were leaving school on Friday. "Numerous" citizens called police to report seeing a man following girls in the area of Lemur Street and Providence Court at about 4:30 p.m., police said. He played pop music loudly in an attempt to "entice" them, police said. He did not speak to them. The suspect was described as a white man with light brown hair and a beard. He is estimated to be about 25 years old, 5-foot-5 and 120-130 pounds. The car that the man was driving is a black, four-door 2008 Jeep Cherokee. It had damage to its back left quarter panel.
