PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A man and a girl were shot and have life-threatening injuries, Portsmouth Police said Monday. Around 8:40 p.m., Portsmouth Police responded to a call for a shooting near the intersection of Hobson Street and Arcadia Avenue. Police said the victims left the scene and were getting treatment at a local hospital for life-threatening injuries. Police are investigating the shooting. Check with WAVY.com for updates.
