(FOX 10) -- A scholarship is helping high school caddies achieve their dreams. The Arizona Caddie and Leadership Academy takes young golf lovers on outings to celebrate what makes caddying about more than carrying a bag. From November to May, high schoolers caddy at various courses after school's out. They learn the art of caddying and so much more. The caddies are working towards an Evans Foundation Scholarship. The college scholarship is for caddies and is a full housing and tuition scholarship for four years.
