Two Arrested for Theft of City Property in Bellville

A Bellville city employee's report of a suspicious vehicle led to the arrest of two individuals for stealing city property. Surveillance footage revealed the suspects used a city tractor to load stolen items, including copper, into their truck. Both were charged with Burglary of a Building and Theft of Property and booked into the Austin County Jail.
