(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an at-risk missing man who was last seen around noon on Saturday. Richard Dumas, 77, is described as a Black male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Missing person Richard Dumas (Photo: Oakland Police Department) Dumas was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans in the 2400 block of 80th Avenue. Family told police that Dumas has dementia.
