(BCN) -- A big-rig crashed on a westbound Interstate 80 connector ramp in Oakland early Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash occurred on the westbound I-80 transition to southbound I-880, the CHP's Oakland division said on social media around 2 a.m. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
