The School District of Philadelphia has launched Let's Talk, an AI-powered platform created by K12 Insight that allows families, students, staff and community members to share feedback and ask questions pertaining to all schools in the district. It's available through the 'Contact Us' section on the district website. It was first piloted in Philly in 2023, and last month became available district-wide. This school year, the district has already received nearly 35,000 messages.
