Lincoln Police Cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Jan. 13)–Three teens have been referred to the Youth Services Center after they allegedly got into a couple of unlocked vehicles late Friday night, taking some items and one of the vehicles from a southwest Lincoln neighborhood. Officers were first called to the area northeast of SW 27th and West South Street, after three teens were captured on video getting into an unlocked pickup truck and took some items, before stealing an SUV that was later spotted by LPD in the area of SW 24th and West “A” Street. A traffic stop was attempted, but the three suspects then fled on foot and were soon captured after a perimeter was set up.  The 14-year-old girl and 15-year-old and 17-year-old boys were referred to the Youth Services Center for theft by unlawful taking.
