GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) -- Guilford County Schools students will learn remotely on Tuesday due to unsafe road conditions, according to a statement released by GCS on Monday afternoon. Meals will be available from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the following schools: Dudley High School Rankin Elementary School Union Hill Elementary School The full statement is provided below: With approximately 30 percent of secondary roads unsafe for buses and school-age drivers, Guilford County Schools will operate remotely on Tuesday, Jan. 14. Essential staff will report on their normal schedule. All other staff will operate according to Plan B. Students should check Canvas for their assignments. Meals will be available to school-age children from noon to 1 p.m. at Dudley High, Rankin Elementary, and Union Hill Elementary.
