MADISON, Wis. – A traffic stop early Monday morning led to the arrest of a young adult and a teenager after officers discovered a stolen handgun in their vehicle. According to the Madison Police Department, officers conducted the stop near N. Ingersoll and E. Mifflin Streets just before 2:00 a.m. The individuals in the vehicle appeared to be attempting to hide something, prompting further investigation.
