BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 26-year-old Bakersfield man pleaded guilty Monday to receiving and distributing child pornography, according to federal prosecutors. Roman Rodriguez used a cellphone to obtain more than 600 illicit images between Feb. 18 and 22 of last year, according to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice, Eastern District of California.
