Suspects caught on camera breaking into multiple vehicles in Colonial Heights

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) – The Colonial Heights Police Department is searching for two men who were caught on camera breaking into multiple vehicles, earlier this month.
On Thursday, Jan. 2, around 1 a.m., two suspects were captured on video breaking into multiple vehicles at Colonial Heights Fire Station #2.
A press release issued by police said the items that were taken from the vehicles included a wallet that had expired credit cards and a firearm.
Later that evening at a Wawa on Route One and Woods Edge Road, the two suspects were seen on camera trying to make a purchase -- but the cards were declined, according to police.

Police said the suspects left the store and were seen heading south on foot.
