DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) -- A Virginia Beach man was arrested and was charged with a DWI after deputies seized Cocaine from a driver in Dare County on Jan. 11, deputies said. 52-year-old David Moore. Courtesy: Dare County Sheriff's Office Around 8:45 p.m., deputies working in A-district responded to a traffic crash on Baum Bay, near Colington Road. Upon investigation, probable cause was established to conduct a search, resulting in a seizure Cocaine. 52-year-old David Moore was arrested and charged with possession of Cocaine, driving while impaired and DWLR not impaired revocation. Moore has been issued a $7,000 secured bond related to these charges. Kill Devil Hills Police Department assisted in this investigation.
