FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for Patrick Arthur Dowllar. The Indiana State Police say that the Elhart resident was last seen on Sunday, and is believed to be in extreme danger. Police describe Dowllar as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
