Central NY man charged with uploading and possessing child pornography

Lee, N.Y. — An Oneida County man has been arrested on charges he uploaded and possessed child pornography, deputies said.Wayne K. Post, 69, of Lee, was charged after a report from a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipline, according to a news release from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested on Jan. 8, they said.
