EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Happy Sunday! The workweek will start off with a gradual warm-up to seasonable temperatures before hitting a peak near 60 mid-week. Accompanying the slightly above seasonal high will be the chances for rain Thursday night into the weekend.  Below-average temperatures will persist through Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday feature similar conditions, highs in the low 50s with lows near freezing. Slightly warmer temperatures and cloudier skies are present on Wednesday with a low in the mid-30s. Thursday and Friday, we start to see temperatures slowly climb closer to 60 with a shift in conditions. Winds along with the slight possibility for rain showers are present Thursday night. Precipitation chances remain into the weekend. Slightly below-average temperatures are expected for Saturday and Sunday before seeing highs re-enter the mid-40s next Monday and Tuesday.
