The Kennedy Expressway’s reversible express lanes will reopen Monday in time for morning rush hour after nearly a year of construction. The Illinois Department of Transportation said Sunday the lanes would be open by 5 a.m., weather permitting. Starting Thursday, lanes will be closed overnight for three nights to remove the barricades and put down new pavement markings.
