RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – A multi-agency task force is investigating a shooting involving Rio Rancho police this evening. The Rio Rancho Police Department (RRPD) says the shooting happened near Enchanted Hills Blvd and Bismark Hill Way near Highway 550. Two teens behind bars in connection with New Years Eve murder of 15-year-old Officers were dispatched to a domestic violence incident where police say an officer-involved shooting took place. An adult male has been taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. Police say no officers were injured.
