Westminster police seek three suspects in shooting, other crimes

Westminster police say they are trying to identify three male suspects involved in a string of break-ins and a shooting Saturday morning.
Officers were contacted by a resident who said they caught someone breaking into their vehicle near Winona Court and 72nd Avenue, according to a news release.
Another caller reported chasing off a person who tried to break into their business near 70th Avenue and Raleigh Street a short while later.
The suspects sped off in a gold Kia Sedona minivan and shot at the driver of a vehicle at 76th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. The driver was unharmed, although the bullet pierced the windshield.

Police say the suspects wore puffer jackets and masks and at least one had a gun. Anyone with information about the crimes is encouraged to contact investigators at 303-658-4360.
