CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Clovis Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Saturday morning. Officers responded to an apartment complex around 2:00 a.m. for reports of a shooting victim. APD: Multiple serious injuries in overnight DWI crash When they arrived, police found 18-year-old Tony Cristan on the ground with gunshot wounds to his upper torso and head. Cristan was transported to Plains Regional Medical Center where he was treated. He was then transferred to a hospital in Lubbock, Texas where he died while being treated.
