OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - A day after officials from the department rescued a human trafficking victim, the Oshkosh Police Department and community held a rally on Saturday. The Oshkosh Police Department posted on Facebook that the 15th Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Day Rally was held at the Opera House Square as officials and locals gathered to raise awareness in the fight to end human trafficking.
