Williston Police Department receives 664 calls, makes 39 arrests during New Year's week, report finds

WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — The Williston Police Department had a busy week as officials released a new report on the department's activity over the New Year's holiday.
The department says that from December 29 to January 4, they received 664 calls of service.
Police made 39 arrests, nine of which came with felony charges.
The Williston Police Department says they made an additional 153 traffic stops and gave out 75 citations.
They also responded to 27 crashes, three of which resulted in injuries.
Throughout the week, the department says they made a total of 126 reports.
