WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — The Woonsocket Police Department said a 74-year-old woman was killed after being struck by a car in a parking lot on Saturday. Police responded to Diamond Hill Road around 10:30 a.m. and transported the victim to Landmark Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
