FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The United States Attorney’s Office said that a Fall River man was charged for allegedly shipping cocaine through U.S. mail from California to Massachusetts.
42-year-old Justin Dupras was charged with one count of attempting to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute.
Dupras allegedly mailed a package approximately two kilograms of cocaine from a Post Office in Los Angeles to Fall River on Dec. 17, 2024.
He then returned to Fall River on Dec. 19, where another person signed for the package and handed it to him at the post office.
The office alleged that Dupras had done the same thing multiple times previously, including on Sept. 17, 2024 and Oct. 29, 2024.
Dupras will appear in U.S. District Court in Boston “at a later date.”
