Temple makes bid for UArts' largest academic building to use for Center City campus

Temple University made an $18 million bid to acquire the Terra Hall building of the closed University of the Arts. Temple plans to make the building the new home of its Center City campus should the transaction move forward. Currently, Temple's Center City campus is on 1515 Market St., but the school's lease ends in June 2027.
