HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico County's libraries, recreation facilities and public-use areas will open later on Saturday, and some trash collection routes may be delayed due to inclement weather. According to Henrico County, its public libraries, recreation and parks facilities, as well as its public-use areas will open at noon on Saturday, Jan. 11 due to overnight snow. Officials said trash collection on routes that had been scheduled for Saturday may be delayed until Sunday, Jan. 12.
