(KRON) – A San Francisco woman was arrested after attempting to steal numerous laundry detergents, frozen snacks and steaks from a Colma Target, according to the Colma Police Department.  Officers were dispatched to a Target in the 5000 block of Junipero Serra Boulevard at 9:10 p.m. on Jan. 1 for the report of a theft. Upon arrival, officers were informed that a woman stole a cart of merchandise and fled on foot.   The officers located a woman matching the suspect description that was provided by employees. Police detained the woman, who was later identified as Alexis Rogue. Despite the amount being under $950, Rogue was still arrested for felony theft under Prop 36 because she had prior theft convictions.  It was also found that Rogue had a $5,000 misdemeanor warrant for her arrest from a neighboring agency.  Rogue was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
