"I battled it out and I'm pretty proud of how I hung in there today. It wasn't the easiest and I wasn't hitting it great. Obviously the putting wasn't great, but yeah, I'm proud of myself for how I played the first two days," said Kim. Kim finishes his first 2 rounds at (-3) and just inside the projected cutline. "I just have to keep grinding away in this tournament. I had two (previous) opportunities, one in '22 and one last year and I missed the cut both times. So to be able to play in front of you know, some family and some friends and all the locals. I'd love to show them a little better golf on the weekend than I did the first two days," said Kim. "I grinded it out and it looks like I'm going to be playing my first weekend here at the Sony". But to be able to compete on the PGA Tour level with Pro's is something he will not forget. "It's not every week you get to the PGA Tour, but it was just, it was unbelievable. It was a lot better than I ever imagined it being. Hopefully one day I can see myself out here," said Loree. Loree also saying he wouldn't change anything as he proved to many that he has the ability to compete with many of the pro golfers on the course. "I learned a lot this week are kind of where I need to go with my game. And it was it was very fun. I mean, today I struggled a little bit, but I'm just out here for the experience. I'm trying to get my game better. And yeah, I feel like I accomplished that this week. I didn't really have my best stuff today, but I played very well yesterday, so it's like I feel like I know I can hang up here. It's just like I got to clean up a few little things," said Loree.
