Deputies charge private tennis coach in Union County

UNION COUNTY, N.C. – A tennis coach in Union County has been arrested and charged with multiple sex crimes involving a child. The Union County Sheriff’s Office says their investigation began after a local victim came forward to accuse her private tennis coach, 47-year-old Timi Kano Solomon, of inappropriate sexual conduct. Detectives with the UCSO’s Special Victims started investigating and ultimately charged Solomon with multiple offenses, including Statutory Sexual Offense with a Child and Indecent Liberties with a Child.
Solomon was arrested and processed into the Union County Detention Center and received a secured bond of $100,000. He has since been released after posting bond.
