ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Dominion Energy said crews restored power to thousands of customers in Arlington County Friday afternoon within hours of it going out. According to Dominion Energy's outage map, 6,599 customers were without service in the Crystal City and Pentagon City areas shortly before 2 p.m.. It said the outages may have been caused by a transmission line issue. Aisha Khan, Media/Community Relations Manager for Dominion Energy in Northern Virginia, said power was back on to all the customers shortly after 3 p.m.
