HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WROC) — A new meat and general food store is now open in Henrietta:The Beef and Butter Company! This business started at the Rochester Public Market, where Erin Austin was making her own flavored and compound butters. Even though she is allergic to beef, she began working with her partner Dan Reisinger, and they opened this store at 2199 E. Henrietta Road. New ALDI store may be coming to the Town of Ontario They sell almost every kind of beef cut at this location — including a steer program, bundles, and steak dinners — and have chicken and pork for sale. Some of their food is prepared Halal as well. The two said they wanted to focus on clean, locally sourced meat. "Because we have four boys and they eat a lot. We wanted to give the community a better option," they said. "We have been blessed enough to be able to get a place to house all of these wonderful products and offer it to the community, and we've been blessed and we wanted to share it." The Beef & Butter Company is open every day of the week.
