2 arrested in Porterville after car theft and garage breakin

PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Two people were arrested after they allegedly stole a car and then numerous other items from their victim's garage Tuesday in Porterville, the city's police department said.
Police say on Jan. 7, a report was made regarding a vehicle being stolen from the 1300 block of South Main Street. Later that day, the victim who had their vehicle stolen returned home and found their garage had been entered.
Arrest made in highway shooting in Fresno County
According to police, the victim said he had numerous items of his property stolen. The value of those stolen items is estimated to be approximately $1,500. As officers continued investigating they obtained video identifying the suspect vehicle.
Police say on Jan. 9 at around 11:40 a.m. an officer saw the vehicle and did a traffic spot in the area of Morton Avenue and Porter Street and they detained 25-year-old Seth Allen Boles. Boles was later identified as one of the suspects involved.
As the investigation continued, detectives say they were then led to a motel where they were able to identify 33-year-old Porterville resident, Cesar Cameron Domingo as the other suspect.
Police say Domingo was identified from video footage and was also found to have active felony warrants for his arrest. After a search warrant was executed at both Domingo's and Boles' homes, police say detectives located the stolen items.
Domingo was arrested on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy, vehicle theft and the warrants. Boles was also arrested for suspicion of burglary, conspiracy and vehicle theft.
They are both booked at the Tulare County South Detention Facility.
